Brent J. Kupfer

Mr. Kupfer founded Kupfer Legal in February of 2022. Before opening the firm, Mr. Kupfer worked for Byron & Edwards, APC. There, he defended design professionals in complex-construction lawsuits and businesses in personal-injury actions. Mr. Kupfer began his career at Hyde & Swigart, APC, a consumer protection law firm, where he represented plaintiffs in class action lawsuits involving violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act, and the Rosenthal Fair Debt Collections Practices Act.
